Manager and Firm Administrator. Her past employment experience in working
with both Legal and Certified Public Accounting firms gives her a valuable
day-to-day knowledge of the inter-workings of business environments. She oversees our internal accounting,
and is responsible for Partnership Development, Website Designs and
Internet Services.

- Systems Consulting - Hardware and Software - (CNE,
ASE) Has seventeen years experience in the computer sales and service
industry. Bob has a thorough understanding of the needs of business
entities and a solid background in technology solutions. He is a Novell
Netware™ Certified Engineer for Versions 3.12, 4.l and the new CNE 5. Bob can
help you with consulting all computer areas, product recommendation, system
proposals and technology assessments.

- Hardware and Software Service Manager - (A+) Ken can help you with hardware and software
installations, as well as troubleshooting and correcting hardware and
software problems and ongoing systems support is an A+ Certified Service
Technician, is Compaq CTIA A+ Certified and Certified on most models of
Hewlett-Packard Products. He is in the process of becoming Windows NT
Certified. Ken has several years of
experience responding to the needs of our business partners, and is
knowledgeable of your unique business environment particulars. His
technical skills are superior.

Heather
- Systems Consultant - (CNE) Heather
can help you with Systems Integration, System Proposals, Systems Installation,
Training and ongoing systems support.
She is also extremely proficient at designing customized
databases. Prior to joining
hyde.com she was employed as a Network Engineer and Systems Manager and
supervised a staff of six and a LAN/WAN that spanned five different cities
and over 500 workstations.

tracking. She oversees order
placement, receiving, client invoicing and RMAs. She is presently working on her A+ Certification.
