Training We
at hyde.com may be contracted to train your staff. We support Server to Keystroke and on-site training can be arranged for
groups or on a one-to-one basis. Our staff is well trained in the
implementation and efficient usage of an extensive list of software packages. We are
especially proud of our proficiency in programs used by the legal, accounting, banking and insurance professions. We
believe that user training is a key element in the successful implementation
of any program. It is also the most time consuming. In order for a company to
get the most out of their equipment and employees, the employees themselves
need to be trained properly. Even knowledgeable users joining your firm need
a form of training in order to be productive and knowledgeable about the
policies and procedures for your firm as it relates to your computer processing
system. The amount of training needed will vary, depending on the user and
their level of knowledge. Normally, a new employee will need three to four
days of initial training and on-going support equal to one day every six
months. If new applications are introduced, the time, of course, increases. A
factor that needs to be taken into consideration in regard to your firm's
entire staff is updates to software. A trainer must review and learn new
enhancements in order to train users as well as support them on an on-going
basis. Often times, new software enhancements require changes and
modifications to the users' workstations. A trainer is also required to have
a thorough knowledge of the product and prepare training outlines and
guidelines to follow in order for the training to be effective. There has to
be structure to the training session in order for it to be productive.
In the long run, the cost of a knowledgeable, professional trainer is
one of the most cost effective choices any firm can choose to make. More about our Education and Training |
