	Personal Profile Heather Langley System Consultant Abstract Heather Langley has been in the computer technology industry for nine years. Her primary function as part of the hyde.com team includes systems consulting, proposal development and presentation, coordination of installations and providing ongoing direct care. An Alabama resident for the past six years, Heather was previously employed as a Network Engineer and Systems Manager for another technology company and was based on-site at a client's IT department where she supervised a staff of six and a LAN/WAN than spanned five different cities and over 500 workstations. Heather's expertise also includes customized database design, development and support. She recently developed a program for a client whose business required timely second-day shipment of a perishable food item. She designed a program that incorporated order input, product pick-lists, customer invoicing and the creation of UPS shipping labels, which incorporated the specific requirements of the shipping service provider.
